Top Health Tip

Listen to your body. It’s always trying to tell you something. Taking care of yourself and staying on top of regular check-ups can make a big difference.

If you could have dinner with a historical figure, who would it be and why?

If I could share a meal with anyone from history, it would be Abraham Lincoln. His courage and the decisions he made during such a critical time are fascinating to me. I’d love to hear how he stayed strong through it all.
