Patient-Centric Approach
I believe it’s vital to respect patients' values, preferences, and concerns. I treat my patients as I would like to be treated, ensuring they feel comfortable and understood. Approaching patients in a non-judgmental manner is key to fostering open communication and providing effective care.
Top Health Tip
Many people look to medication to manage chronic conditions, but I believe lifestyle choices play a huge role in our health. A diet low in carbohydrates and trans fats, regular exercise, stress management, and routine screenings are crucial for preventing chronic health conditions and living a healthy lifestyle.
If you could have dinner with a historical figure, who would it be and why?
If I could have dinner with any historical figure, it would be Albert Einstein! I’m fascinated by his discoveries, especially the theory of relativity and black holes.
