I specialize in urgent care dynamics, including treatments for URI, UTI, cellulitis, and ear infections. Additionally, I have expertise in managing chronic conditions such as Hashimoto's, autoimmune diseases, acid reflux, and family medicine focusing on diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, and obesity.

My top health advice is to prioritize self-care and engage more in activities you want to do rather than what you have to do. Being a bit selfish about your needs is essential because your well-being directly impacts those around you.

If you could have dinner with a historical figure, who would it be and why?

I would cherish the opportunity to have dinner with Martin Luther King, Jr. His belief in peace and his profound dream have always inspired me. Sitting down with him to discuss his thoughts and visions would be an incredible experience, allowing me to delve deeper into the ideals of one of history’s most influential figures.
